Certified Yoga Teacher and student, Sound Healer and Business Coach

I am Sara, Certified Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer. I consider myself a positive person, filled with light and an open heart, who believes in the potential of each individual to create the life they want thought connecting to their true essence. My purpose is to inspire individuals and businesses to discover their full potential and connect with their true essence.

“Do not wait for the sun to shine. The light is within you,” perfectly reflects my belief in everyone’s potential. We just need to embark on the path of self-discovery.

As a child, I attended classical, contemporary, and flamenco dance classes until I started university. My interest in yoga began as a healing journey and a connection to those years, as I rediscovered the feeling of freedom in my own body. Meditation and mindfulness transformed my life, and I realized I could use these powerful tools to make a positive impact on society.

After completing my studies and spending several years immersed in corporate environments, I understood the great challenges and mental pressure employees face daily. This experience led me to recognize the need for holistic support, balance and well-being in the corporate world.

I traveled to India to learn from great masters, received my training at one of the best yoga schools in South India (Shiva Rishi Yoga), and completed Level 1 of Nada Yoga at the Temple of Singing Bowls in Mysore, India.

Yoga means union, the connection of body, mind, and spirit. For me, sharing yoga means creating a sacred space for this union to happen, where my students can connect with their true essence. Through this practice, we delve into layers of consciousness, transcending our limitations and breaking free from patterns of thought.
